The Old Boy’s Story
That Vintage Tradewind is a 1960 Vintage Airstream imported from the USA in 2017. The “old boy” as he is affectionately known, travelled from Florida all the way to the Oberon, NSW. He needed a lot of love to bring him back life. Our Airstream has lovingly had extensive renovations on his exterior and interior to turn him into a classy vintage Airstream mobile caravan BYO bar/event space. His transformation from a neglected Vintage Airstream into a cool, classic and unique Vintage Airstream Bar took 3 years to complete, no rivet was unturned and he prides himself on his appearance these days.
The Airstream is an iconic part of American history and he now graces our beautiful shores here in Australia and has his second chance at life.
